The frame is made of a light, flexible thermoplastic. It weighs 13 g, gently adapts to your face and doesn’t snap when bent.

We ship with InPost within Poland, to a parcel locker or by courier, free of charge. Your glasses are made to your prescription and checked before shipping; the whole process takes up to 14 days.
Glasses without correction can be returned within 14 days. Prescription glasses are made to order, so they can’t be returned, but we will remake any faulty pair.

Before you order
Do I need to visit an optician?
No. The glasses arrive ready, with the lenses fitted in the frame. All you need is a current prescription.
I have astigmatism. Is that a problem?
No. We make lenses with a cylinder up to −2.00. If your prescription writes the cylinder with a plus sign, we convert it automatically — it’s the same correction.
Do you make progressive lenses?
Yes, as a custom order. You enter your prescription with the addition (ADD) and describe what you need the glasses for. Within 1–2 working days we email you a quote with a payment link. Choose the same option for powers outside the standard range.
What if I make a mistake in the prescription?
We check every prescription by hand before production. If something doesn’t add up, we call you.
Will they fit my face?
They fit most faces, from medium to wider. Compare them with your own glasses: Solveree are 147 mm wide. On a very narrow face they may slide down.
Can I return the glasses?
Without correction: yes, within 14 days. Prescription glasses are made to your prescription, so they can’t be returned (Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), but we will remake any faulty pair.
How long does it take?
Up to 14 days from your order. We email you the tracking number when the glasses are on their way.
Do you ship abroad?
No, we deliver within Poland only — to InPost parcel lockers and by InPost courier.
